Kiwi fruit juice concentrate Vitamin C- Rich Intense flavor
Product Infomation
| Production process | It mainly includes processes such as raw material processing, crushing, juice extraction, clarification, concentration, sterilization, and filling, among which enzymatic hydrolysis, ultrafiltration, and low-temperature concentration are key. |
| Equipment material | The equipment parts that come into direct contact with materials are generally made of food grade SUS304 stainless steel (austenitic chromium nickel stainless steel), which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and meets food safety requirements. |
| Product advantages | The content of vitamin C far exceeds that of ordinary fruits, and it has both antioxidant and immune regulatory functions;
The ambient temperature concentration technology avoids the damage of thermosensitive components; Low energy consumption; Stable quality and long shelf life. |
| Application scenarios | Widely used in fruit juice beverages, health products, etc., as a natural flavoring agent and nutritional enhancer |
| Solution | Advanced solutions such as ultrafiltration clarification, nanofiltration concentration, sterile large tank storage, and dynamic membrane technology are adopted to address issues such as turbidity, browning, and sedimentation. |
| Key parameters | Juice yield: 70% -80%
Brix: 50°Bx PH: 3.2-3.7 Capacity: 10-2500 tons/day |

Production Process
01
Raw Material Processing
Select kiwifruit with moderate maturity, and perform pre-treatment such as cleaning, peeling (optional), and crushing.
02
Juice Extraction and Enzymatic Hydrolysis
Use a spiral juicer or beater to extract juice, add pectinase to decompose pectin, and increase juice yield.
03
Filtration and Homogenization
After coarse filtration, clarification is achieved through centrifugation or membrane filtration techniques (cloudy juice needs to be homogenized to maintain stability).
04
Sterilization and Filling
Using pasteurization or ultra-high temperature instant sterilization (UHT) to preserve nutrients while ensuring product safety.
The current main challenge is to maintain the stability of vitamin C and control enzymatic browning. The future trend is towards NFC (non concentrated reduction) technology, development of composite fruit and vegetable juices, and application of cold pressing technology to maximize the retention of nutrients and flavor.
Short, grape juice holds an irreplaceable position in the fruit juice family due to its unique flavor, rich nutrition, and wide applicability.
